Materials
We work in automotive vinyl and nothing else, and we carry a good deal more than this. These are simply the four that come up most often. Every swatch is a photograph of the roll. If you have something else in mind, ask and we will tell you what is on the shelf.
The everyday grain. A medium pebble that hides scuffs and fingerprints, wipes clean in one pass and keeps its colour.
A tighter, shallower grain with a softer hand. The closest of the four to a factory leather interior, and the one that suits light colours best.
A deeper, coarser pebble with more bite to it. The most forgiving of the four on a work truck. It grips you in the seat and shrugs off site grime.
A matte, brushed nubuck-look surface with no shine at all. Warmer to sit on than a glossy grain and the one that shows quilting most sharply.
Colours
The colours asked for most, shown as the plain material. There are more on the shelf, so ask if yours is not here.
The classic, and the most ordered.
Softer than black, just as practical.
Light and quiet, forgiving of dust.
A bright cabin that still wipes clean.
Warms up a dark interior.
Rich brown, the one people ask about.
Deep red that reads almost black.
Dark blue for something a little different.
Material questions
Textured vinyl has the deepest grain and is the most forgiving on a work truck. Pebbled vinyl is the everyday choice and hides scuffs well. Ask about the stitching warranty when we quote.
For a vehicle that is used every day, automotive vinyl is the practical choice: it resists fading and spills, wipes clean and needs no conditioning. Fine-grain vinyl is the closest of our four to a factory leather interior.
Yes, on a custom-fit set. A contrast colour on the inserts or bolsters is one of the most popular things we do. Tell us which colour you want where and we will quote it that way.
A damp cloth and a mild soap is all vinyl needs. No conditioner, no special products.
