Work trucks and highway tractors
A work truck seat sees more abuse in a year than a family car sees in ten. Steel-toe boots on the bolsters, tool belts on the squab, wet gear, sawdust, coffee and diesel. A cover that is merely pretty will not survive it.
For trades we use textured vinyl with reinforced seams and double-stitched stress points: it grips, wipes clean and shrugs off water and mud. The seams use bonded nylon thread that will not rot or powder in the sun.
Surrey runs a lot of highway tractors, and sleeper cab seats are their own problem: air-ride bases, integrated belts and armrests that need a custom-fit set to clear. We pattern the Cascadia, T680, 579, VNL and LT regularly.

Constantly. It is one of the most common fitments we do. The centre section, its fold-down armrest and the under-seat storage lid are all patterned separately so everything still opens and folds.

Yes, from five vehicles up. For larger fleets we can bring a fitter to your yard so trucks stay in service, and we keep your pattern on file for replacements.
