What we do with your information

What we collect

Two ways information reaches us, and nothing else on this site sends your details anywhere:

• The contact form. Name, phone, email, your vehicle (year, make, model) if you give it, and whatever you write in the message field. Submitted only when you press "Send enquiry".
• WhatsApp, from the order builder. Choosing a vehicle, layout and any extras and pressing "Send order" opens WhatsApp with those details written into a message for you to send. That message goes through WhatsApp, not through us directly — it is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, since Meta operates WhatsApp independently of this site.

Building an order also saves your choices in your browser's own storage (sessionStorage) so Back and Continue do not lose your progress. That stays on your device — it is never sent to us, and it clears when you close the tab.

What we do not do

• No analytics, no ad pixels, no tracking scripts of any kind run on this site.
• No cookies are set by this site itself.
• The map on our contact page only loads when you click to view it. Until then, nothing from Google reaches the page. Once you click, Google's map loads in a frame and sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy — that part is Google's, not ours.

Who else sees it

The contact form is handled by Netlify, who host this site and process the submission on our behalf so it reaches us. They do not use it for anything of their own. Netlify is based in the United States, so a submission does cross the border to reach their servers.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and order requests are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. If you would like your information removed sooner, ask — see contact details below.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 778-926-2662 or email info@bholacarseatcover.com and we will sort it out — there is no form for this, just ask.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this page

If what the site does changes — if we ever add analytics or a new form, for instance — this page changes with it and the date above updates. We will not quietly start doing more with your data than this page says.
